Our company has invested tens of millions of dollars to introduce several domestic and foreign top silicon steel sheet cross-cutting and longitudinal shearing production lines and testing equipment to produce fixed-size silicon steel rolls, silicon steel pre-stacked loose sheets, oil-immersed transformer stacked cores, oil-immersed transformer energy-saving stacked cores, dry-type transformer stacked cores, large power transformer stacked cores (including three-phase five columns), special transformer stacked cores, rectangular reactors. Our rolled iron core transformer cores are made of high quality silicon steel sheet with less iron loss, without punching and shearing, and without punching, eliminating the traditional core's horizontal and vertical seams, reducing magnetic shading and loss, making full use of the orientation of silicon steel, eliminating the loss of finished products increased by inconsistent orientation of magnetic circuit and silicon steel, and reducing noise.
