I. What are fluoroplastics?
      Fluoroplastics are an important category of plastics. Fluoroplastics are chain alkane polymers in which some or all of the hydrogen is replaced by fluorine. Usually people know fluoroplastics from contact with the king of plastics, polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). In fact, PTFE is only a large production and use of fluoroplastic varieties, in addition, commonly used fluoroplastics are: tetrafluoroethylene and perfluorinated (n) propyl vinyl ether copolymer (PFA), poly(perfluorinated ethylene propylene) (FEP, commonly known as F46), ethylene - tetrafluoroethylene copolymer (ETFE, commonly known as F40), polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), poly(trifluoroethylene) (PCTFE), polyvinyl fluoride (PVF), tetrafluoroethylene - hexafluoropropylene - copolymer of vinylidene fluoride (THV), etc.

      Fluorine plastic has excellent dielectric properties and chemical corrosion resistance, high and low temperature resistance, waterproof, non-stick, low coefficient of friction, good self-lubrication and other properties. At present, it has been widely used in chemical, electronic, electrical, aviation, aerospace, semiconductor, machinery, textile, construction, medicine, automotive and other industrial fields.

Third, the development history of fluorine plastics
      China's fluorine plastics molding and processing industry began to develop in the late 1950s and early 1960s. In the 1960s and 1970s, it was mainly used in the national defense industry, and after entering the 1980s, it strengthened the combination of military and civilian and promoted the application of fluorine plastics, which led to the rapid development of the fluorine plastics molding and processing industry. After 40 years of efforts, our manufacturers have basically mastered the main moulding and processing methods.
