For FEP and MFA coloring, the color concentrates are made of pure fluoroplastic particles from DuPont, 3M, Daikin, MFA, Juhua, Dongyue, etc., with imported colorants and additives, and produced in strict accordance with advanced technology

For ETFE coloring, the color concentrates are made of pure fluoroplastic particles from DuPont, Daikin, Asahi Glass, etc., with imported colorants and additives, and produced in strict accordance with advanced technology
For PVDF coloring, the color concentrates are made of pure fluoroplastic particles from Arkema, KUREHA, MFA, 3F, etc., with imported colorants and additives, and produced in strict accordance with advanced technology
The cross-links are made of pure fluoroplastic particles from DuPont and Asahi Glass, with imported cross-linking agents and special additives, and produced in strict accordance with advanced technology, for insulation and sheathing of aerospace wires and cables and special cables. It can effectively improve the anti-aging, anti-scratch and anti-puncture capabilities and tensile strength of wire and cable products. In particular, in terms of working temperature, it has been greatly improved, and the maximum working temperature can reach 200℃. In addition, the flame retardant performance of wires and cables has also been improved compared with ordinary ETFE.
It can effectively prevent tiny particles, unevenness and color difference caused by uneven mixing and dispersion of pigment powder, thus ensuring the original performance of fluoroplastics, reducing production costs and optimizing the working environment, improving production efficiency and adapting to automatic production

Our company has invested tens of millions of yuan to introduce several top-notch silicon steel sheet transverse and longitudinal shear production lines and testing equipment at home and abroad, producing fixed length silicon steel coils, pre stacked silicon steel sheets, oil immersed transformer lamination cores, energy-saving oil immersed transformer lamination cores, dry type transformer lamination cores, large power transformer lamination cores (including three-phase five columns), special transformer lamination cores, and rectangular reactors. Our company's coil core transformer iron core is made of high-quality silicon steel sheets with low iron loss, which do not require punching and cutting, and there are no punching holes. This eliminates the horizontal and vertical seams of traditional iron cores, reduces magnetic negativity and losses, fully utilizes the orientation of silicon steel, eliminates the increased loss of finished products due to the inconsistent orientation of magnetic circuit and silicon steel, and reduces noise. Compared with S9, the noise is reduced by 7-8dB, the no-load loss is reduced by 30-45%, and the no-load current is reduced by 80%. Using this iron core can manufacture low loss, low noise green and energy-saving transformers, which are highly favored by transformer manufacturers and have a strong market share.
