Our company has invested tens of millions of yuan to introduce several top-notch silicon steel sheet transverse and longitudinal shear production lines and testing equipment at home and abroad, producing fixed length silicon steel coils, pre stacked silicon steel sheets, oil immersed transformer lamination cores, energy-saving oil immersed transformer lamination cores, dry type transformer lamination cores, large power transformer lamination cores (including three-phase five columns), special transformer lamination cores, and rectangular reactors. Our company's coil core transformer iron core is made of high-quality silicon steel sheets with low iron loss, which do not require punching and cutting, and there are no punching holes. This eliminates the horizontal and vertical seams of traditional iron cores, reduces magnetic negativity and losses, fully utilizes the orientation of silicon steel, eliminates the increased loss of finished products due to the inconsistent orientation of magnetic circuit and silicon steel, and reduces noise.
